PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.


BOOKING FEE:
To secure your appointment you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due on the day and paid in CASH or BANK TRANSFER. 

Please note: All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but are Transferable to another date if you give me 48hrs notice of needing to reschedule. 
If you cancel your appointment you will not receive your deposit payment back!


LATENESS:
Please contact me ASAP if you are going to be late for your appointment! I can only allow for 10 minutes of lateness before your appointment will be cancelled and will be classed as a same day cancellation fee (see below for more information).
I cannot be held responsible for cancelled appointments due to lateness. Please ensure you allow yourself enough time to avoid any disappointment


CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:
If you wish to cancel your appointment please let me know 48hrs before. A new booking fee will be required for any new bookings if it’s less than 48hrs notice.
If an appointment is cancelled within:

12 hours or less/ No Show: 100% of your remaining appointment cost is required.


24 Hours or less: 50% of your remaining appointment cost is required.


48hrs or less: Loss of booking fee





YOUR APPOINTMENT:
lashes: Please arrive makeup free as this adds on more time your appointment and will affect your lash retention! Lash Infills are required every 2-3 weeks so please book accordingly. If you book for an infill and arrive to your appointment completely lash free I won’t be able to go ahead with the appointment. Avoid wearing your hair in a position that could become uncomfortable for you during your appointment! Wear comfy clothes and feel free to bring your ear phones!


Nails: BIAB infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks with a maximum of 2 infills on each set before needing to be removed. This allows me to make sure your nails are healthy and there are no issues!

Services such as: Ombré Brows, LVL, Brow Lamination & tinting will require a patch test 48hrs prior to your appointment!

Selected Mondays: 3PM-6PM
Tuesday: 10AM-7PM
Wednesday: 9AM-3.30PM
Thursday: 9AM-7PM
Friday: 10AM-4.30PM
Selected Saturdays: 9AM-3PM
Sunday: CLOSED

* If you need an appointment outside of these times I can and will always do my best accomidate*

• Children under 16 need parental consent for lash,nail and brow appointments!
• I do not infill other lash/nail technicians work so you will need to book a removal if you have been to a different studio!


I have been in the beauty industry for 4 years and I am fully qualified and; Insured for all treatments!
